Instapot Vegetarian and Indian recipes.

Our instapot was a gift, and I've been slow to work it into our routine, as I already had a stove-top pressure cooker that I love.

But recently I've been turning to the instapot instead of the pressure cooker to make the basic beans or chickpeas that I use in recipes. The only finished-for-the-table dish I would make in an instapot is butter chicken. But I'm not that excited about it, the kids like it best. I've been wanting to find vegetarian dishes that I could make in the instapot, which do not ruin the vegetables. So I'm excited about this Manali site, it looks promising.
