Breton (Buckwheat) Crepes

Crepes with fillings served taco-bar style:

  • sauteed mushrooms
  • sauteed spinach
  • sliced tomato
  • carmelized onion
  • gruyere cheese
  • quinoa
  • diced sauteed ham
